Terms of Service

Orders can be placed during our published business hours: Monday to Thursday 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM and Friday to Sunday 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Pacific Time). Online checkout is unavailable outside those hours.

An order is only confirmed once payment is approved and you receive an order number. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if the order cannot be verified, or if the delivery address falls outside our service area.

Menu prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable California sales tax is added at checkout. Delivery orders include a delivery fee calculated at checkout. Any tip you add is voluntary and goes to our team.

Card payments are processed by Clover. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. If a payment is declined, the order is not placed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number, email and delivery address you provide. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because the information supplied was incorrect or incomplete.

All of our meat is Halal certified. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please call us before ordering.

Menu photographs and descriptions are for illustration; the dish served may differ in appearance.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or place fraudulent orders. All content, branding and images on this site belong to Red Chili Kebab & Gyro and may not be copied without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Sacramento County, California.

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here at the time you place an order is the one that applies.
