When you place an order we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (delivery orders only), order contents and any notes you add.

We also collect basic technical information such as your device type, browser and pages visited, which helps us keep the site working correctly.

We never see or store your full card number. Card details are entered directly into a secure payment form hosted by our payment processor, Clover, and only a payment token and the result of the charge are returned to us.

We use your information to prepare and fulfill your order, to contact you about that order, to process payment, to estimate delivery distance, and to keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

We share only what is necessary with the service providers who run parts of our ordering system: our payment processor (Clover), our hosting and database provider, and mapping services used to verify delivery addresses. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and to satisfy legal, tax and accounting requirements. You may ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights. Since we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out of sale is required.
