Refund Policy

Because every order is freshly prepared to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once an order has been submitted and paid for.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been approved and the kitchen has started preparing your food. If you need to change something, call us immediately at (916) 848-0001 and we will help where we can, at our discretion.

If something is missing or incorrect, please call us the same day with your order number. We will review what happened and, at our discretion, remake the affected item or provide store credit. Any resolution is offered as a courtesy and does not change the policy above.

If your card was charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order we were unable to fulfill, contact us and we will return the amount that was charged in error.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We are happy to review your order details and explain any amount you were charged.
